Chef Dai is from Liao Ning, China and has been cooking for 31 years. He specializes in our famous Honey Glazed Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken. Chef Dai has been with Yu's Mandarin since 2009.
Chef DaShan is from Kai Fong, China and specializes in making La-mien Noodles, which he's been making for 29 years. He demonstrates his skills to our customers every Friday and Saturday evening during our Noodle Show by stretching the noodles by hand. Chef DaShan has been with Yu's Mandarin since 1996.
Chef Jiang is from Korea and has been cooking for 37 years. He specializes in making appetizers such as Potstickers and Crab Rangoon. Chef Jiang has been with Yu's Mandarin since 1983.
Chef Liang is from Hong Kong and has been cooking for 37 years. He specializes in seafood (like crab and lobster), Cantonese, and Mandarin style dishes like our Mongolian beef. Chef Liang has been with Yu's Mandarin since 2004.
